LATE NIGHT SNACKING
Post by Rupali Datta, RD on Tuesday, November 22, 2022
Late night eating is not a good idea, however if you need to munch something then choose the right food in limited portions.
1. A fistful of dry fruits and nuts: Protein fibre, antioxidants, healthy fats.
2. Roasted makhana or foxnuts: low calorie dense, high in antioxidants.
3. Golden milk: Milk with turmeric. Calcium, proteins, anti-inflammatory and sleep enhancing.
4. Peanut butter with Apple: 1 table spoon with an apple. Fibre, proteins, healthy fats, controls hunger.
5. Egg: 1 is enough. Protein, iron, satisfies hunger.
6. Oats or Daliya: a small bowl. Fibre, minerals and satisfies hunger.
