Authorities on Thursday said that annual results of 11th standard would be likely to be declared within this week with several modes of alternatives for the easement of students.
Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE), Veena Pandita said, “The 11th standard board examination results will be declared in four to five days.”
“As of now we are not declaring any results. Declaring results today or tomorrow are just rumors,” she said.
Pandita said that BOSE is considering SMS and online primary options as a mode of declaring results.
“SMS is the main option for BOSE to be used as a mode of declaration. In past two board results of 10th and 12th, I have seen students fetching their results via SMS mainly,” She said.
Pandita further said that as far as backup plan in case of absence of internet SMS’s “We will be keep DVD’s and gazettes ready too.”
“In absence of internet, we will see if there is a feasibility of declaring results via Short Message Services (SMS’s) and newspapers too besides online and gazettes ,” Malik said.
Meanwhile, Rising Kashmir received a number of phone calls from 11th standard students—appealing the BOSE authorities to declare results as soon as possible. They further appealed them to consider the easiest mode for the declaration of results.
Pertinently, the examination of 11th standard concluded in the month of December-2019.
