TOP NUTRIENTS FOR ANEMIA PREVENTION AND TREATMENT:

  • IRON: Iron is needed for hemoglobin synthesis, lack of iron is a major reason for Iron deficiency. Green leafy vegetables, Legumes and dry fruits, meat, fish and poultry products.
  • Folate: Folic acid is essential for multiplication and maturation of red cells in our body. Green leafy vegetables, Bengalgram, blackgram, greengram and redgram and  Oilseeds: Gingelly and soyabean.
