WHAT: Magnesium is needed in small quantities by our body and it is present in a lot of foods.

FUNCTION: It is involved in the functioning of 300 enzymes in our body.

Through this, it is indirectly involved in processes of protein production, bone health. It regulates blood sugar, blood pressure, and muscle and nerve functions. Heart beats more steadily because Magnesium works like an electrical conductor.

SOURCES: Almonds, peanuts and chashew. Rajmah, soy beans, spinach , potato, oats, salmon, chicken, dark chocolates and dairy.
