Good nutrition is one of the building blocks of women’s wellness. Proper nutrition contributes to women’s wellness by providing essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. A healthy diet should include several food groups:

  1. Whole grains provide fiber.

 

  1. Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins and fiber.

 

  1. Lean protein builds and repairs muscles and tissues.
