Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Mahajan today presided over the Weekly Block Diwas meeting held at Community Hall Dradhu, Bhaderwah.

The initiative aimed to provide a platform enabling people to have a direct interaction with the district administration regarding their grievances and ensure the timely delivery of public services.

Similar programs under Block Diwas initiative were held at Panchayat Gandoh, Tehsil and Sub Division Gandoh; Panchayat Ranka, Sub Division Assar and Patwar Khana Kandote, Prem Nagar, Sub Division Thathri.

The DC, along with ADC Bhaderwah, Chowdhary Dil Mir and a team of officers from different departments listened to the issues put forth by the people and provided prompt solutions.
