In preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Inspector General (IG) of Border Security Force (BSF) Kashmir frontier Ashok Yadav on Friday has affirmed the readiness of the BSF and Army to counter any attempted infiltration. 

While speaking to media in Srinagar, Yadav emphasized the strengthening of the security grid in coordination with the Jammu and Kashmir Police to ensure the integrity of the electoral process.

On the plantation drive organised by the BSF in Srinagar, he said, "BSF contribute wherever it is deployed towards environmental cause. This plantation drive has been held in partnership with SBI who always helps in CSR."

" We are going to plant about 3000 saplings for greenery that will better the environment..", he said.
