Srinagar, May 26: Following the G20 Summit in Jammu and Kashmir, Tarun Chugh, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary, declared the region as India's new tourism capital, hailing the event as a resounding victory for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a progressive Jammu and Kashmir.
Chugh in a statement expressed his pride in witnessing the successful execution of the summit and its profound impact on the state's tourism sector.
He said that the choice of Jammu and Kashmir as the venue for the G20 Summit was a testament to the region's immense potential and the government's commitment to transforming it into a thriving tourism hub. He credited Prime Minister Modi's slogan of "progressive Jammu Kashmir" for laying the foundation of this monumental achievement.
