Traffic restored on Jammu- Srinagar Highway

Light motor vehicles (LMVs) traffic on 270 Kilometres Srinagar-Jammu National Highway was released from both ends after it remained closed from last couple of hours, Officials said on Monday.
A J&K Traffic Police official said, "LMVs Traffic plying from both sides on Jammu Srinagar NHW(NH-44)."
"Commuters are advised to follow lane discipline, overtaking will lead to congestion as there is single lane traffic and poor surface condition of road at many places between Nashri and Banihal", he said.
Earlier, vehicular movement on Jammu-Srinagar highway was halted due to shooting stones at Kishtwari Pather.
