People encouraged to take benefits of Job oriented, welfare schemesViksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) on Tuesday visited eight Panchayats of block Ramban to sensitize the people, besides saturating the Centrally Sponsored Schemes in every nook and corner of the district.

IEC Vans accorded a rousing welcome by PRIs, senior citizens, youth, and local residents on its arrival in eight Panchayats. Under the aegis of Deputy Commissioner, officials engaged people with knowledge enriching audio-video material displayed on big screen mounted on IEC Van.

On the Eighth day, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) campaign traversed Panchayat Dhandrath- C, Dhandrath- B, Seri- A, Gam, Seri-B, Maroge, Bagna and Balihote- A in district Ramban. Started on November 28, the Yatra has gained further momentum across Ramban by covering 63 Panchayats of the district.
