A youth was injured in a bear attack near Youth hostal Sonamarg area of Gund in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday.

Reports reaching that a wild bear attacked Rayees Ahmad Sheikh Son of Mohd Sultan Sheikh a resident of Chundosa Baramulla resulting into his face injuries.

Rayees was immediately shifted to PHC Sonamarg where from he was referred to SKIMS Soura for advance treatment.
